Statement of Support for Farmers
Agricultural products are regulated by both the federal government and state governments. Farmers may only use products and practices that comply with both federal and state laws and regulations.
From time to time, special interest groups attempt to limit farmers' choice by advocating bans on approved products or accepted practices. We are opposed to such efforts.
We believe the decision on what crops to plant and how to grow them should be made by farmers, as long as the crops and practices conform to both federal and state laws and regulations. |
